Talk on Higher Studies Abroad

The Training and Placement Cell of our college (DBCE) arranged a talk on Higher Studies Aboard for students of our college (DBCE) of all years and all branches. The talk was organized on Thursday, 8th Feb 2024.

The talk was delivered by Ms. Elizabeth Parmars from Eduadvise International. The speaker explained the preparation required for GRE and other details relevant for GRE application. She also explained about the exam pattern and how to prepare for various sections of GRE exam. The students asked many interesting questions which were answered in detail by the speaker. She encouraged students to start preparing for GRE and TOEFL exams from the second year itself. She said “GRE scores are valid for 5 years and TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years only. That is because the language keeps updating.” The talk was concluded by Dr. Shreyas Simu by thanking the speaker for their valuable time and encouraging our students to go for higher studies abroad.
