Webinar on Creating Customer Value
Entrepreneurship Cell of Don Bosco College of Engineering, Goa in association with Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science – Binghamton University organized a Webinar on Creating Customer Value on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. IST. via virtual platform Google Meet.
Prof. Michael Testani, Director of Industrial Outreach, Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering, and Applied Science presented an overview of Binghamton University. The speaker for the event Dr. Kenneth J. McLeod, Professor, Department of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering Director, Clinical Science and Engineering Research Lab was introduced by Ronan Mendes (ECell Student Member).
Dr. McLeod covered four main concepts – Customer Value, Fluency, Innovation, and Change as Opportunity. He gave several real-life examples while explaining the topic. He compared the market change over the years and requirements for a new company to succeed in the current scenario. In the Q&A session, ECell student members asked questions regarding the topic.
At the end of the webinar, Director, Fr. Kinley D’Cruz and Principal, Dr. Neena Panandikar thanked Binghamton team for the session. The host, Mrs. Avila Naik, Training & Placement Officer thanked Dr. Kenneth J. McLeod for the wonderful session and interaction with everyone.
