JOINING Navy – Career after Engineering
The Training and Placement Cell of Don Bosco College of Engineering arranged a day with the Indian Navy as a part of the Series on Alternate Careers after Engineering for the Third Year and Final Year Engineering Students from Computers, Civil and Electronics & Telecommunication. The talk was organized on Wednesday, 17 October 2018 at the campus.
The talk was delivered by Lt. Commander Anish Kumar who gave an overview about the Indian Navy and the career prospects at the Navy. He was assisted by LEMAR, Anil Varma and POELA, Bhupender from the Indian Navy currently posted at INS Hansa. Lt. Commander Anish Kumar encouraged the Engineering Students to view the Indian Navy website and explore the various dimensions of the Navy. BE Civil Engineering Student, Mr Atish Lolienkar thanked the Indian Navy Team for their inputs and time for the students. The talk ended with Director, Fr. Kinley D’Cruz who presented letter of appreciation to the Indian Navy Team.
