Barclays CONNECT WITH WORK Training Programme (GTT)

The Training and Placement Cell of Don Bosco College of Engineering arranged Barclays Connect with Work Training Programme as a part of the Pre Placement Training and also Industry-Academia initiative for the Final Year Engineering Students at the campus on Friday, 05 October 2018.  This programme was organized by Global Talent Track (GTT) as a Social Initiative under Skill Development to make India Employable. This initiative is funded by Barclays and certified by NASSCOM.

The talk was delivered by Mr Ganesh Bhosale, Trainer and he highlighted on the important aspects needed for the students to be ready for the Industry. The topics taken up by the Mr Ganesh Bhosale were on Interpersonal and Team Skills and the need to be focused on defining and achieving your goals. He also spoke on Interview Skills and how to tackle the question: Tell me something about yourself. In the last session he gave inputs on Business Communication and Presentation Skills that are required by the Industry. The talk ended with the Samuel Crasto thanking the Mr Ganesh Bhosale for his talk and time for the students.
