The Training and Placement Cell of Don Bosco College of Engineering has its aim to mold the students into professional and employable citizens who can readily be absorbed into the corporate world. With this in mind, the department conducts in-house trainings in the following areas.

 
Though a brilliant academic score is one of the primary entry points to corporate jobs and careers, employers also look for professionally groomed and smart individuals, who are confident, articulate, and team driven.
The Training and Placement Cell also builds industry partnerships through regular interactions and internships. Even though the Goa University, to which the institute is affiliated, only recommends a two-week internship after the V,VI, and VII semester, the institute has mandated that students get a professional exposure. The Training and Placement Cell has established a strong industry-institute tie and one such programme that was a feather in the cap of the cell was the HR Summit which was a platform for HR Managers and Academicians to discuss common issues.
